This is what is says:
"No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State."
ARTICLE I, SECTION 9, CLAUSE 8
So the question would be can it be proven that any business he owns is benefited by him being POTUS.
The funny thing is, in the early years of the USA, congress et all would meet for about 3 months then go back to their days jobs the rest of the time

Seems like all he needs is the consent of Congress and he can do pretty much whatever he wants.
Given our current Congress I wouldn't be surprised to see ads for Trump Steak on the WhiteHouse.gov sometime in the near future

He won't last a year, IMO. Way too much controversy. Maybe not for him (he seems to thrive off it), but don't forget, there are other politicians -- real politicians -- with real careers at stake. I don't suspect they're gonna tether their valuable careers to this guy for the long haul.

C'mon , I also voted 100% republican for congress and every other position down ballot.
I voted Rubio in the primary and would have gladly voted for at least 10 other GOP candidates .
