Miami-Dade Mayor Carlos Giménez has instructed county jails to comply with all federal immigration detainer requests on Thursday, only one day after President Donald Trump issued an executive order to cut federal funding from sanctuary cities.

A lot of mayors, of what will soon be former sanctuary cities, are going to quickly realize that under current law illegal aliens are indeed criminals, and under the current administration, sanctuary cities, will no longer be allowed to practice aiding and a betting criminals, as that too is a crime under current law.

Frivolous threats of law suits by sanctuary cities, against the federal government, in this manner, will be summarily tossed out of court.
