You have never experienced heavy lifting in your entire life you have no clue what it feels like to push up a heavy weight and finding the energy to do that one more rep after you feel the muscle start to fatigue, that is why you had beginner gains and after the first few years you stop growing.

Why are you asking a question when you already know the answer, I was very clear when I started my bulk saying I am going up to 300 pounds and I will be posting a picture of my transformation when I get there, only 30 pounds to go so please be patient.
