Post by: 6 Reps on February 01, 2017, 11:09:31 AM
A new book has just been published on the changes in bodybuilding over the years.  Be warned, this book is only for the erudite and well-heeled:

probably would be boring to most on here, textbook style covering of the genre is tedious at best.legends of the irongame would be more of interest to the average follower of exploits in iron. at a fraction of the cost for the 3 volume set.
