Title: Best Chance to be Mr. Olympia after Phil Heath retires?
Post by: NickEdge779 on February 05, 2017, 11:54:05 AM
My top 3 up and comers/potential winners. I feel Phil Heath will retire in 4 years after 10 Sandows.

1. Big Ramy
2. Dallas McCarver
3. Nathan DeAsha

Roelly Winklaar waist too wide, despite being massive. Shawn Rhoden is as old as Phil Heath and they probably retire around the same time. Dexter is probably going to retire in the next 2-3 years. Cedric Mcmillan lacks legs size and conditioning. William Bonac is too short.

Phil wont last another 4 years, bodybuilders have shelf life like anything else, its about marketability.
Bodybuilding at the pro level isnt about the best physique, its about who sells the most fart powder.

Dallas has a lack luster back, and his abs have split in two. He is too beatable, he lacks charisma. If Calum Von Moger was competing I could see him or Cedrick. Shawn Rhoden is older than Phil, I believe. William Bonac is the same height as Dexter. William will take over Dex's position as the consistently in shape competitor, and will win contests due to that.

I predict none of those.
New name will rise before Phil retires.

There is nobody in the top ten olympia right now who can beat phil if he comes in shape, ramy has size but wont beat him on condition, shawn and cedric not happening, justin organs are failing him and with dallas he simply has to do a back double biceps and dallas will run off the stage, as long as phil shows up in shape he will win 10 olympias and retire.

Not possible. Let's say Phil retires in 4 years. That means someone new has to win their pro card and then qualify for the olympia, then pay their dues, then win in just 4 years. Not likely.... the next Mr. Olympia is already competing on the Olympia stage. It's likely going to someone who is middle tier placings (6-12) right now who makes considerable improvements in the next few years

Dorian, Lee Haney?

But those guys were bodybuilding legends. Haven't really been paying attention to the NPC's top bodybuilders as of recent, but I think we'd hear about someone with insane genetics with all the instagram whores these days.

It should give Ronnie Coleman enough time to recover and put it all together again and make a Humpty Dumpty style comeback.
