Palumboism is a nasty bugger... ur lucky to survive it, let alone reverse it.

It is not possible once your receptors are burnt out and no longer response you are done, you can still maintain decent size as a gymrat but your completing days are over.

Ben Pakulski, streamlined his physique lately, doesn't have the size to compete top 5 but it futhers my theory that the distention stems from trying to put too much weight onto a frame that wont take it, which is exactly what Palumbo tried to do with his insane diet.

Its like, yeah you put on an extra 20 lbs during the offseason by super abusing slin etc but it all went to you abdomen
