Seems it made your brain so sore you couldnt type a coherent sentence..

Any soreness come with anything your new, in a  few weeks you will wonder why nothing hurts anymore

Impressive display of leverage, control, flexibility and strength. Also lower body movements (not shown) can be exceptional  also. Static holds do much to increase overall body strength, which is part of these workouts. Even in lifting, static holds can be an important part of training.

 Seen a few women and some kids accomplish movements like most of those in the clip. Athletic  by anyone's measure.

Soreness goes with the beginning, but does not have to be major, by any means. Stretching, before and after a workout can help.  Even light, short workouts the next day can reduce any soreness, mostly focused of stretch and flexibility.
