who had the best Tibia muscle? Tom Platz or Mike Matarazzo. As bodybuilding experts, every body part needs to be examined.

Dave D,
Do you know why the tibia muscle is the forgotten muscle? Judges care about striated glutes, but not striated tibias? ??? ???

Bodybuilding has always about the glamorous stage muscles. The tibia and the extensors (on the feet) are the most neglected muscles in the history of the sport.
The extensor digitorum muscle on the hand is a close second, but Ive heard some judges love a thick, strong muscular hand.
Maybe getbigs own former NPC national judge Howard can speak on why the glutes are so celebrated...

Forearms and Tibias will be the new "show muscles" of the 21st century.

I was told to just put your feet underneath the stove or in a bucket of sand to develop them.

As well as the dynamic axial resistance device works on the tibularis anterior we can never forget that it allows us to indirectly train the often overlooked fibularis brevis.
