DMAA is still technically illegal but what did PJ in is that when he was sent a warning letter in 2015 to remove 1,3-Dimethylbutylamine from Angel Dust, he rubbed it in their faces by replacing it with DMAA.
Aaron got the message and headed for the hill while PJ kept "tickling the Demon Core".....and this time the flathead screwdriver slipped out and the damn thing went supercritical. The Feds will now take everything from PJ Braun's personal assets that he ever owned and a lot of it will likely be under civil forfeiture under the pretense of running a criminal enterprise.

Anyone who sells DMAA cares more about profits than people....but to add a nootropic to an already addictive product is just wrong on all levels

Its not really addictive especially since the "high" you get maybe last a week top, tolerance build very very fast so you end up using more and you still cannot get the effect you had at the first uses.
Its more about cardiac risks and psychiatric issues.
