I can't take it anymore! I'm so sick of losers in the gym doing handstands, jumps over stacked up boxes, balancing on barbells and dumbells. Occupying equipment to do stupid handstands on. Sick of seeing muscle ups-no one cares! Best to avoid even looking at them. Doing all these worthless stunts just to attract attention. Sit ups on the seated row bench! Glute kickbacks on the leg curl machine! Enough!!

Crossfit is solely to blame for all nonsense you see in gyms these days. Lots of people have injured themselves attempting this bullshit.

hey natural this is no lie, every sunday when i go in to train there is this cross fit fag, doing legs i am not making this up , he trains legs for over 2 hrs, he does all kinds of weird stuff, will do one set of squats every 5 to 10 minutes then after he does his set he does these frog leaps across the gym! im like wtf is that i wouldnt be caught dead doing froggy leaps in public.

mr anal bolic, this lady wrote and article about her cross fit experience, she wad doing it for monthes getting into it, then one day she is doing her box jumps and blows both her knees out, said the rehab was over six monthes and not fun, husband left her cause she couldnt get on her knees and suck his cock

I get more annoyed by morons doing heavy lifts, thinking they will get big and strong.
Then, once they get 16 inch arms, they will transform from a mouth breathing, eye-contact avoiding, insecure piece of human adipose to a confident, pussy slaying machine ::)
Maybe it's time to wake up and realize gyms are and always will be filled with the dregs of society, loser scum deluded into thinking they can bulk up into real humans.

Here`s a good one that left me completely dumbfounded:
Guy does 1/4 squats in his socks with a hugely wide stance, with 2 plates on one side, and 3 plates on the other side.
Just waiting for this numbnut to get killed someday.

it is never some tough noses boxer who is doing street work/jogs the gym and then does intense training/prepping for a fight.
the new thing.. is sitting around texting between sets sitting on one of the few flat benches around..... ???
i am far from perfect though - ive had my fair share of jackass moments in the gym. i do like make an occasional rick flare whooooa! ;D
