here's my previous condition and i plan to have the same condition but even better pecs, delts and arms
i'm doing bb training with constant tension reps up to a count of 4, pause for a count of 2 if it's a contacted position and then down for a count of 4, for 3-6 reps
today i did barbell curls in this fashion with 45 kg for 4 reps, and the goal is 60 kg for 3-6 reps

here's my current strength levels and my goal strength levels on 4 exercises
bench to neck: 65 kg for 3 (80-90 kg)
fly: 22 kg for 3 (32-36)
barbell curl: 45 kg for 4 (60-70)
barbell skull 💀; 35 kg for 3 (50-60)

just wrapped up pecs and up I go 😎
benches up from 65 k for 3 to 70 k for 3
fly up from 22 k for 3 to 26 k for 3

yeah it's easier as all the weights are set in kg
what sucks is that they don't have any 38 or 40 kg bells so you gotta jump from 36 straight to 42 BRUTAL
but first I gotta get my fly to 36 before I have to worry about it

I'll be doing 2 exercises for pecs and tris and 3 exercises for bis and delts

barbell curls went up from 45 kg for 4 to 50 kg for 3 8)

I was training chest, felt, bi, tri every 48 hr with positive results but now I'll lessen it down to every 3-4 roughly twice a week
I've never had success with just once a week training its not enough stimulus for me
last stop will be once every 5 days, but I doubt i go there

Hmm. Dunno if you're joking or not about dosage, I'm still fairly new to drugs.
But you saw where I was at natty, and kept it for almost four years. Makes me wonder what would have happened had I added aas properly at that point.
But I'm getting close to surpassing that leanness now :D

i'm very fat/wet there, my ab skinfold was 12 mm
in the ripped pics my ab skinflod was 3.5 mm
300 mg of superdrol LOL
at the end of my last and final cycle i was injecting 150 mg of sust a week ONLY
those ripped pics were taken about 10 weeks after my last injection btw
now i'm natural and will stay that way
i'm working on developing ELITE strength while getting leaner so i'm curious how i'll finally look once i'm able to curl 165 dead 400 bench 300 all while weighing bout a buck 50

the lean pic was taken less than 4 months ago and i weighed a buck 57 in it
in the more recent fat pic i weigh a buck 67
so i actually gained 10 pounds

Not to sound negative, dj, but let's look at few things:
1.) You're coming off of test
2.) You want your all time best numbers while getting leaner
You're just setting yourself up for the impossibility

good point
but when i was on the gear i wasn't training for strength as i was doing slo-mo constant tension reps with some pussyass weights lol
what's funny is that i am stronger now NATURAL than i was when i was geared up LOL
also i was training each lift very heavy twice a week which is very stupid, and now i'm down to httiing each lift very heavy just once a week
the only problem is that i'm still training heavy every goddman day, when ideally, according to all i've read, i shouldn't be training more than 4 days a week

You take drugs to look like that...seriously, you are risking you health to look like a teenage boy with a bench in his bedroom. If I showed your pic to my firends they would all ask wtf you are doing in the gym...
I look better after 12 months off training and eating...
