This is actually a pretty good book and it really simplifies the buying and selling process of real estate.  She lives in Naples selling luxury homes but its really good stuff for lower income houses.  She's a multi-millionaire and her knowledge is very impressive


I normally don't post about what I'm reading but she was on a show talking about her dad......and guess who her dad was legendary Getbigger, Rob Sly...... ;D
