Title: When Does One Cross The Line With Being Nasty?
Post by: Fallsview on March 17, 2017, 10:28:07 AM
Seeing a thread of a young man with no arms and legs with some title of "Reddit Is More HardCore Than Getbig" has me thinking. I'm not taking a stance or giving an opinion, I just want to know when is enough enough?
When does one cross that line into being just downright nasty?
It is normal and common on GetBig that people are very nasty and aggressive when their self worth is challenged? When people are not feeling positive about themselves they tend to lash out at others that didn't even do a thing towards them. When you insult or criticize someone else, it may say more about how you are feeling about yourself than the other person. This speaks volumes on what type of person stalks the forum here at GetBig.
So who is exempt from being nasty to? How do you figure out who to be nasty to? Feedback please!

STAY POSITIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Given that the kid has a sign that says roast me I guess anything goes.

However since he has no arms or legs I'm definitely open to the possibility that it was put there against his will.

According to the OP on reddit, "He knows about it, he even read some comments".

I'd say he's fair game.

That was just an example. What about Jason Genova who suffers from some type of delay? George Farrah and his cancer, Derek Anthony? When does one stop or do you keep kicking a person regardless of their situation?

Never thought of that,it prob was placed there.I wouldn't say anything bad to someone like that anyways.I don't fuck with people unless they fuck with me.I don't attack anyone here either.I don't be a dick just to be a dick, never understood that.
