Fox had regular reporter Shep Smith say they had no proof and they wouldn't confirm Judge Nap's Brit intell tale.
They had to let the judge go, because this story went international.

Very much agree...why teh change now?..seems like this is one of the few times they were caught in a big public lie even by the republican party.....Andrew was OBVIOUSLY lying when he said "I have three sources from the intelligence ommunity who confirmed that Obama used the British to spy on Trump"...
Those sources must be the same sources that told Trump about finding "unbelievable evidence" that Obama's birth certificate had been faked

this happened the day after Comey testified so (I think) it's obvious that Fox news had to do something to maintain the facade that they are a "news" organization.

He's also one of the few actual journalists left in news at all.

He used to be good and somewhat entertaining to watch before Trump, you can tell his disdain for Trump almost from the time he started campaigning until and even now after the election. I even believe Chris Wallace called him out on it as well.

Didn't the news from yesterday vindicate Napolitano? Is that exactly what he said happened? I'm not 100% sure because I haven't been paying that close of attention but it sounded like it to me.
