Title: Piana Back on the Carbs, Also Obvious Hair Transplant Scars in New Vid

Just watched Piana's latest video, haven't really been watching his series saw the first few where he started on Keto caught my interest, he was aiming to get shredded, but seems like he looks pretty much the same, is it because he was doing the Piana Keto and not a true keto? Also just happened to notice all the scars on the sides and back of his head, definitely had a hair transplant, no knock on the guy, wherever he got it done (most likely Cali) they did a good job, wonder why Rich hasn't dedicated a video to the procedure, I'm sure he's not shy to talk about it, especially rocking his current hairstyle that makes it very apparent. Scars at the 7:35 mark and on.
