you can change the order of the songs if you like, for example for a more mellow mind muscle set it's so nice to get stoned may be more suitable.

When you're gutting out some reps on squat with 500, Abba's "Take A Chance On Me" gives you what you're needing.

i still havent figured out what music works the best, im not convinced heavy music is best suited for heavy lifting.
maybe a more mellow calming music would be more beneficial.
