Inspirational? He's raised the laziest kid I've ever seen in my life.

lolol

That kid is responsible for the wholesome crappier lifestyle for the family and surroundings, with every investment you put into it going down the drain, as he will never amount to anything more than a sack of skin incapable of propelling itself forward. I guess there's some redeeming in the fact he didn't have to pay for college tuition fees, since that cripple won't be the next Stephen Hawking.
Good for the old man that he gets some exercise, but a weighted vest would've cost him less than $40 and saved him a lifetime of wiping and spongebathing some useless kids ass.

Dick Hoyt...... an actual athlete and a great dad.
And Rick is both smarter that Genova and healthier than most oil soaked pro bodybuilders.
-
Read about this guy before. If only there were many more like him the world would be a much better place.Imagina a Muslim with a kid like this?he would use his son as wheelchair bomb.
-
Great human being.. better than me.
-
Kid would've been instant toast in Sparta.
Instead, our weak society allows genetic mutants to keep sucking air and eating Pop Tarts, drooling everywhere. Stinking up the room.
Imagine going for a PR in one of those races only to have Wheels the Retard run you down.
Bet that father has a "Refugees Welcome" sign on his lawn.

No shit, dude's awesome. I couldn't do it. I think I'd bail if the chick wouldn't abort.

Pray to God to not have a kid with palsy.
-
That dude is as solid as it gets.
Boyer Coe approved.

The father looks a bit like Hitler.
That's what made it inspirational, not the lazy son

LOL exeptionally brutal but very funny, Sir.
-
Tough guy retards of peace in this thread, and not the one's in the pics... ::)
-
Sorry but I don't find this inspiration in the least.
If anything I think it sad.
First for having a crippled son.
Second for wasting your life on him.
(i realize not everyone will agree with the term "wasting," but that's honestly what I see it as).
I don't want a retard as my kid.

Kid still has bigger legs than Groink.

Every time I am tired working long shifts, 6 days a week, and want to chill I think of the sacrifices this guy made for his kid and it keeps me going with my own family. He has 2 normal kids, and his wife left him. His son there would have been normal but the cord wrapped around his neck at birth ( I think). He dedicated his life racing with his handicapped kid because the kid told him the only time he felt normal was during a race. The love this guy has for his kid...

Kennedy took care of his kid after the accident. I can only imagine the dumb comments you made behind his back.

Yes that is correct.

Lots of childless tough guys in this thread.

Bob was very wrong to allow Brandon to continue to live, what with his vegetable state and the mountains of machines required to keep him as such. Without Mr. Kennedy's overwhelming grief and obvious feelings of guilt, I imagine he'd deduce as much, too.
Almost everyone agrees who was "close" to the situation. Even Kennedy's best friend who has known him since the two were young boys.
I understand the heartache, but Bob, for whom I will always have fond feelings, was very, very wrong.
The kid, whom I remember as a lively little boy, was reduced to a heap of useless meat, likely suffering for years before his merciful end.
P.S. Bob knew how I felt.

I reckon his placings took a hammering at those races with having to bring the vegetable

Is this why the magazine(s) he had ultimately sold out for the crazy ad space in the magazines back in the mid 1990's, in partial to cover the extra medical costs not normally covered in Canada for such home care?
Prior to all that Musclemag seemed to be more the legit independant of the bunch, then allowing outlandish claims in paid advertorials(sic) just exploded overnight and the mag changed forever. Of course money is involved, but it just seemed overnight that Kennedy became more aggressive in pursuing the dollar in lieu of his passion for bodybuilding(personal and competitive), with the whole crazy ad space of you know what(not giving them ad space here) and his other half's transformation into a bunch of bestsellers

No, that trend began before the tragedy with Bob's son.
There is a lot I could say, but I'll choose not to. Not at this time. Sorry.
As far as the-supp-that-shall-remain-nameless, its owner/founder, Paul Gardiner, should forever be ashamed of himself. For numerous reasons.

The man is a goddamn hero. Talk about love and sacrifice, kid looks happy as f. Obviously knows he's got the best dad in the world.
Respect.
-
He may be a good dad but how much can he bench press?
