Just watching this on Netflix since high school..i love it...but nobody ever said why brandon Lee'(son of Bruce lee) was murdered on set...(declared accident)..msm claimed..all blank bullets...yet one real bullet? I heard theories of the Chinese trying to assassinate bruce..yet brandon becomes only celebrity ever to die on set? Just thinking.. conspiracy theories chime in

Bro, This Conspiracy Theory goes Back to 91'....Shit, I went to the theatre back then with my Now Wife to try to figure this shit out!...(We Both Laugh Now at this New Resurrection shit!)... ;D

No. ::)
https://www.flickeringmyth.com/2016/10/the-tragic-story-behind-the-death-of-brandon-lee-on-the-set-of-the-crow/
"Earlier in the shoot, a prop guy went down to their local prop shop to buy items for the production, during which he also purchased a set of live bullets which he took back to the set of The Crow. As live rounds should never be kept on a film set, the film’s prop master removed them and stored them in the trunk of his own car. As live bullets are never used in films, guns are loaded with blanks which are bullet cases filled with primer – a form of gunpowder – that creates the firing effect. Unlike a real bullet however, blanks have a cardboard tip on the end rather than a lead one, so that any impact the bullet would have once fired from a gun would be minimal, if any. During a scene in which a victim looks down the barrel of a gun being loaded, it was discovered that there were no blanks on set. In an effort to save time, the prop guys took the live bullets from the car and modified them into blanks, also creating dummy rounds – which didn’t have gunpowder but kept the lead tip – to be used for close-ups. Unbeknownst to anyone on set, when the dummy round was loaded into the gun for that shot, the lead tip got lodged in the barrel.
"Two weeks later, on March 30th, that same gun was used for the scene where Brandon Lee was to be shot by Michael Massee’s character Funboy. The scene called for Lee to walk into his apartment, and then activate a squib – a packet of blood that would simulate the gunshot wound – once Massee fired the gun and fall to the ground. Everything went as planned. The gun went off, the squib went off, and Lee fell down. It wasn’t until after Proyas called cut that anyone realised Lee wasn’t moving. In fact, he was losing a tonne of blood from a silver dime sized bullet wound. Unfortunately, when the gun with the blank was fired it also propelled the lead tip that had been lodged there two weeks earlier, hitting Lee in his abdomen just above his naval."

Imagine how Michael Massee felt, being the one who pulled the trigger..
-
Better than the other guy.
-
I actually trained linda and shannon last summer/fall and had completely forgotten about brandon. :/
to do what, why the fuck would would Linda lee a 72 year old woman be paying you to train her???
Fuck me mate you are one stupid fucker....
-
Keep trolling. Your obsession with me is sad.
why do you keep sending me PMs about what information I have online?
-
...and maybe because it's been my profession for the past 17years.
Sorry you lack the social skills to convey what pathetic knowledge of training and nutrition to others.
When was the last training summit or seminar you attended? Oh, none, ever. What was the last article you wrote? Oh, none again, ever. Who was the last client you place in a show? Much less take 1st in their division and first in a PL meet in their first competitions ever? Oh, none ever... And never will.
its because I have a real job, not a cover for my criminal activities...
-
Imagine how Michael Massee felt, being the one who pulled the trigger..
I have to think his recent demise was related to the profound guilt from being the one - though accidentally - who killed Brandon.

Great movie, and start of a great actor.
Some of the theories are out there. The theory that makes the most sense is that the Chinese killed him for mixing their religious Martial arts.
The enter the dragon one is the most popular, where a demon killed every male in his blood line. :-\

Such bullshit. The only person from this board to ever back up what they said in regards to who they knew, or hung out with as far as famous people, was
The late OnlyMe. He had pictures to back up his stories. You hAve just words. Next...........
Oh and you totally forgot about Brandon, lol loser.

I hung out with NFL, other sports players and a couple of used to be really famous rappers a few times in professional, club and private scenes. All because of my brother. I never did anything douchy like take pics and post stories on the internet. That is lame as fuck.

Yes Bruce was very athletic and in awsome shape, yet died at age of 32...kinda awkward

I can say the same thing, I have met many celebrities. His stories given his age just come off as bullshit. Most trainers if training celebrities tend to have pictures with them in order to help bolster their business.

I've met a lot of pro nfl guys and MLB guys when I was younger..i used to work at a training facility that had Pam Anderson and Roger Clemons come in...so his stories are possible
The nytimes called me on several occasions ..i wouldnt answer and they called my family trying to find dirt on Roger Clemons on his steroid usage and the training facility(due to my linkage at that facility) I worked at..they could not contact me ..so they called my family..wtf...i denied everything...but I knew what went on😉
I remember my sister calling me " Mobil what's going on?" Why the nytimes keep calling us?
Maybe he's trying to tell us his life stories...im intrigued...better then the anti/pro trump threads...

great movie and the most sad hollywood death ever
normally when young good looking actors or musicians die tragically they seem to be almost immortalized, even though most of them died from stupid stuff like drugs
people always wonder what they would be doing today, brandon's death was more tragic than any yet he seems to have been forgotten

that is what is in my car CD player now. NIN! pretty hate machine CD.
a few years ago i stumbled onto industrial rock, i always kinda like NIN, but never gave it a real chanceI
I like orgy, mansion, powerman 5000, korn etc. im doing my best to find good music, even though not "new" it is "new" to me... i discovered many types of rock later in life
for the last several years it was punk (social d, rancid, bad religion, misfiits and even odd shit like Tiger Army) now industrial rock is my thang...even though i look the extreme opposite of a punk rock fan.

I have forgotten the details but I think it was Jon-Erik Hexum who died in a similar manner. (As mentioned a couple of years ago on this GetBig Board.)
I've been around firearms all my adult life and find it strange that any lethal weapon could be found on a movie or TV set.
Prop 'masters' in my time ensured that any prop used in a scene was a safe prop that could not cause harm and I am sure that he or someo other responsible individual on the set would have enough common sense to insure that a prop pistol was not harmful in any respect even though it wasn't a 'real' firearm.
Someone on that set fooked-up entirely!

True. You have a point, his posts do come off as bullshit. I have hang out for some pro athletes as early as 21 yo. But like I said, all because of my brother. Basically he would call me and say something like, "You want to party with so and so?". I never took pics or posted about it online. I have even heard or was told trades that happen or "news" and gossip before the media knew, and I never pulled a bitch pussy move and snitched.
-
I have forgotten the exact details but something similar occurred which caused the death of an actor (Jon-Erik Hexum) which was first posted on this GetBig Board years ago.
Hexum was playing with a prop revolver (I think it was a .44), pointed it against the side of his head, and the pressure/muzzle blast from the blank was still enough to take a good sized chunk out of his skull :(.

Bullshit? Lol. I dont "hang out" with them. I trained them. Shannon owns a memorabilia store next to a gym i trained at L.A. Linda came in one day with a boxer whonwas getting an award that day or the next. She looked familiar then i heard her mention her name to a thai/black kickboxer girl i knew (was a kickboxing gym) & i realized who it was. Got introduced and struck up conversation and found out she had a winter home about 10mins from me in rancho mirage. Couple mins later shannon came in and i recognized her right away. Exchanged contact info amd ended up training them for about a month while i was there and a few weeks driving back and forth after id returned to palm desert and linda a few months laternduring the winter. Im a personal trainer. Its what ive done for the past 17yrs. I rarely take pictures like a fanboy because believe it or not "proving" to nobodies like you who i train isnt the first thing that comes to mind. When i see people like you post such nonsense it makes me think you like such shitty, cowardly lives. Never trying or doing anything and anybody who does, surely must be lying. Pretty pathetic, but of course youll never realize that. Youll die and nobody will remember much about you.
When I meet pro players or celebs especially when I was younger...not so much nowadays (out of the party scene)..id treat them like anyone else...i wouldnt go nuts..or ask questions..id just b.s. with them like any normal person and it gained their respect....now if I met arnold...then ya I'd take pics and probably start shaking

Yes, this movie has stood the test of time for me. Still good when I last saw it. A little cheesy in parts but very good compared to most of those types of movies. Better then most modern movies.

You are living a heroic life? Because you supposedly train people your a hero, lol.
I have done plenty of challenging things in my life have lots of friends and contacts from business. I have a large family with my kids and wife. You can be an overglorified towel boy at the gym if you want. That's your choice, just not one worth bragging to the point as if your someone special for it. As if being a personal trainer is doing heroic work. I am no fan boy of anyone, since the 1970s I have met some of the biggest celebrities the world has seen. I have zero pictures of myself with them.
Your constant bringing up your meetings with these people if true are a testament. A testament that you are seeking attention for it and in fact do have some fanboy issues. Otherwise you would not bring it up so much.

why do you expect people to believe stuff like this, you look like a fucking bum, no one would give out a phone number to a stranger who looks like you.
You dont even look anything like a PT, you just look like a homeless drifter FFS.
could you just run through how they contacted you to arrange the PT after the exchange of numbers, I would love to hear how it happened.
-
Yea, i "got introduced" to her by the kickboxer girl. What the fuck is so hard to understand about that? Maybe im asking the wrong person since you completely lack social skills, and after half a decade of breathing, you lack ANY friends, by your own admission... Using whatever excuse (lie) you tell yourself.
And i look like a bum? My clothes and shoes are clean, im showered, my hair is combed, i smell good, & im well-spoken. Aside from while i was an equity-trader, my career has revolved around interacting with other humans... A skill you have obviously never come close to developing.
... and i didnt start growing out my hair 'till november.
So linda Lee who has multiple contacts in the world of martial arts, suddenly decides she needs a personal trainer and decides to contact someone she got introduced to once at a gym counter.
Sounds legit.
Its like Judge Judy always says, when something doesnt make sense its probably not true.
-
Something similar happened a few months ago on a blis and eso? film clip on the gold coast QLD
-
to do what, why the fuck would would Linda lee a 72 year old woman be paying you to train her???
Fuck me mate you are one stupid fucker....
wow is she 72 now? mind you some 72 year olds are fit these Days. Gyms are full of them in the mornings...lol
-
Ive trained dozens and dozens and dozens of women 50+, 60+, 70+ over the past few years. What that dumb fuck doesnt realize is that as a trainer, if you think all a trainer does ia train young male bodybuilders, your income is gonna be severely limited. Older ladies #1 want to stay in shape and #2 have disposable income, especially around here.
I know trainers train older ladies, it just doesnt ring true that Linda Lee and her daughter Shannon who studiesd martial arts herself for years would choose to pay someone they met the once at a gym counter rather than someone they knew in the business they knew they could trust and rely on.
Hey Mum, you thinking of working out?
Yes, why not, lets go to the gym
I dont know,. maybe we need someone to show us what to do, after all, my many years of training wont cut it.
Hey, why dont we phone that guy who was at that gym counter the other week/month?
But what about all the people I know in the business who will help us for free?
Dont be silly Shannon, we should pay the guy at the gym, after all, his shoes were clean and he smelled nice.
Yes Mum, you are right, whatever was i thinking
see, just look how dumb it sounds... ::)
-
When it comes to training, or the profession of training other people, you should really just not speak. Because its posts like this that make it very clear how ignorant you really are.
And now youre an expert on Linda Lee? Just like Fabio? You are "in the know" about all her contacts in the martial arts world? Lol shes a regular person (like fabio... Ive laugh at what your dumbass would have to say about the other ppl ive trained. Sad that only a few would recognize how badly youd embarrass yourselve though).
Just another example of how you obcess and paint your own image of my life in your mind. Assuming i was "working the counter" when i was never an employee of the place. Just embarrassing yourself.
working the counter would have actually given you a little more credibility, I know you weren't working the counter, you were just hanging around there, its what people do who have no life outside the gym, they hang around talking to the gym owners who just want you to fuck off as they are sick of the inane chit chat they have to go through with every daft twat asking them about training and diet.
Shannon has been in movies, she has studied martial arts, are you really trying to tell people that she only had you to fall back on when they needed someone to train them.
just stop now, you are embarrassing yourself with this nonsense.
and how deep inside your head am I that you care enough to keep responding and trying to justify yourself to me.
I don't care a jot about you, when are you going to grasp that fact and just stop responding.
-
Lol @ "fall back on me"
You are truly pathetic with the amount of energy you pour into painting an image of me and my life in your mind. You think about me more than you think about that girl that makes you fold your laundry. A grown man obcessing over another grown man is pathetic.
yes it is, how many times do I have to tell you I don't care about you, I'm just trolling you, seriously, why have you bothered to respond again, I'm trying to cut you some slack but you just cant leave it alone.
God you are dumb.
ITS LIKE THE SCENE FROM THE SIMPSONS WHEN THEY WRITE SOMETHING ON THE BACK OF HIS HEAD AND HE STARTS SPINNING AROUND ON THE FLOOR TO TRY AND READ IT, AT FIRST THEY LAUGH THINKING HES JOKING BUT THEN REALISE HE REALLY IS THAT DUMB.
-
Pathetic life for a 55yr old boy who wakes up everyday and trys to be as annoying as possible. Lol.. You must be a blast to hang out with. Explains why you have no friends and people cant stand to be around youdespite whatever lie you tell youself and us here why "grown men dont have friends". Parents mustve just locked you in a closet as a child youre like fucking Gilbert Grape or the Waterboy.
are you trolling me now or are you really this daft?
-
What's it like knowing both you and that girl both think of me when you masturbate?
please can someone explain to this guy what's going on here......
we don't masturbate over you , we have a scenario we act out where I butt fuck you while shouting "squeal piggy" and then she takes her turn with a strap on to tear you a new one.

This honestly sounds harder to believe than a conspiracy

Someone on that set fooked-up entirely!
Stunt, that was the whole problem: they weren't using standard blank rounds and "dummies," but MAKING THEIR OWN by modifying factory ammo!
Each bullet was disassembled.
For dummies, the powder was emptied. The shell was placed in the gun's cylinder and fired to detonate the primer. The lead tip was then reinserted into the casing, leaving a dummy round that looked like an ordinary bullet, but could not be fired.
Blanks were made by removing the lead tip, emptying only a portion of the propellant powder, and then replacing the tip with harmless cardboard wadding. This created a bullet that would produce the sound of a fired round without projecting anything dangerous.
What investigators believe happened is that the prop-master failed to detonate the primer in the dummy that was used for a close up shot. Several cast/crew members reported hearing a "pop" when the trigger was pulled during that scene.
They suspect the sound was the primer firing, which they speculate was enough force to separate the tip from the casing, and lodge it in the barrel of the gun.
Then, when a blank round was inserted into the gun and fired, the charge was enough to dislodge the dummy tip from the barrel and project it like a normal bullet would travel.
I have no idea how probable this all is, but that is what the forensics report offered.
Regardless, there should NEVER be live ammo on a set, and the gun - real or prop - should have been inspected before the scene.
