It would help to point out what you are talking about. This was about getting weight up, not about proper form. That tricep extension was terrible, we know that.

the dudes that were benching in the longer version were legit ranked power lifters that one mexican guy ive seen i forget his name. the one bigger black guy from ct crew who was in grey is pretty strong, ive seen him in o hearns videos and he is almost as strong as ohearn in some stuff

The guy repping at the end was impressive regardless of form but the rest of this was a total cluster. I admit I could only skip through this lunacy and not sure of the point. Was that CT's idiotic son doing shoulder ups on the preacher curl? Is this before or after their drug guy was arrested? :D
