Not f'n guilty?
For the two murders, anyway. But he's still gonna die in prison for prior conviction. Still, though.
-
Isn't he serving a life sentence currently tho , or something to that degree ?
**legally Jury prob couldn't decide if it was him or other dude who pulled trigger and killed 2 brews in the car at the light
Spill my drank , end ya life

Yeah, I corrected the post. Wasn't aware of the other sentence.

Moron.
Threw it all away to be a banger.
Aaron Hernandez signed a 7 year, $39,582,000 contract with the New England Patriots, including a $12,500,000 signing bonus, $15,950,000 guaranteed, and an average annual salary of $5,654,571. In 2017, Hernandez will earn a roster bonus of $500,000 and a workout bonus of $500,000, while carrying a cap hit of $7,000,000.

What's this about? This guy is old news and locked away for murder. Was it overturned or something incredible?

He was charged with two additional murders.

He got a few years for a weapons violation. I bet that will make him lose sleep.
-
His new attorney will appeal the other conviction and he will get out.
-
opens the door for a re-trial of the original conviction which was 100% circumstantial evidence, its similar to the case he just beat.
-

He was already convicted of a murder before this latest trial. Sentenced to life, I believe. The weapons violation is additional afterlife time, apparently.

I'm guess I'm not good at being sarcastic.

Hoping so.
-
Hoping so.
Sarcasm, or you like seeing murderers let out of jail?
-
I'm guess I'm not good at being sarcastic.
No, my fault. Sensed your sarcasm, just figured it had to do with the long-for-short sentence.

This.
Now he's in prison serving a sentence for killing a witness of a crime he didn't commit
he could be in Foxboro with the Pats sooner than anyone thought possible
WooSHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH HHHHH
-
they seemed to be real excited he was found innocent
it's like they think they can get him out of jail sooner or later

Yes, seemed odd.

No sarcasm. Dude is probably not guilty. He's a big fish, high profile target for some piece of shit
prosecutor to make his name off of. That prick will either go into politics next or become an
ambulance chaser.
-
where the fuck was Harley Brite?
-
His new attorney will appeal the other conviction and he will get out.
He'll be back on the Patriots in no time.

so you think he's innocent because he's famous?
i remember watching live when he was first arrested and taken to court, he was being charged with murder and he was as nonchalant as a person waiting in line at the grocery store
total sociopath

That shit happens a lot more than most everyone thinks.people want to believe the justice system is just so it can't happen to them, until it does.

He was found guilty of killing a potential witness. Doesn't mean he actually did it genius.
-
Yes. It actually does mean that he killed him.

dead :o

Apparently he hung himself via short drop hanging from a sheet tied to his bed post. Which means he did it crouching. An uncomfortable way of hanging oneself as you have to fight the natural urge to stand up. Damn.

Na, that's it's just a different method of hanging. People have hung themselves from a crouched/seated position from door knobs /clothing closets etc. Prisoners have to use this unorthodox method of hanging because they can't suspend themselves from a ceiling or whatever. Robin Williams hung himself from the crouched position as well, using two belts tied together anchored from his closet door frame.
-
Thought the POS hung himself from a sheet tied to his window?
-
And now!
In the state of Massachusetts, Hernandez technically died an innocent man due to the legal principle of abatement ab initio, where if a person dies and has not exhausted all legal appeals, the case reverts to its status at the beginning; so the person becomes innocent. Hernandez had an appeal pending for his 2014 conviction in the murder of Odin Lloyd.[92]
He stopped the money burn and once he died he's considered innocent under MA law.
