Happiness resulting from ignorance or delusion isn't sustainable and will lead to suffering.

There is no reason to say that truth is painful unless you assume there is happiness in delusion.  Your question betrays your conclusion but good luck with your sex change anyway.

I don't find the truth painful. Most Americans do, it seems. I'm also fairly happy being red pilled.
