I met Milos in Pittsburgh one year...he was with Kris Dim.................he thanked me for posting on his board..........nice guy.

His ex Milimar was a hottie back in the day. A buddy of mine who worked in the same nightclub with her where she bartended here in Calgary was banging her on a regular basis. I was so envious. This was in the late 90's before she met Milos.

Pretty common knowledge that he and ct were the biggest users back in the day. He and nasser were the first guys to explain to me how to use insulin (toldem i already had thenbottle and was gonna use it). Didn't know at the time milos taught nasser how to use it. The advice was very similar. Just thought it was coincidence and that was what everybody did. Nasser had to "qualify" his advice to me while milos didnt give a shit. Lol

No single hormone chemical drug allows you to gain 40lbs of quality muscle in one month and especially not Insulin.
Insulin does not build any muscles just like synthol doesnt build any muscles...all fake illusion two worst things to take followed by thyroid.
HGH, test, igf-1, tren, orals, injectables nothing puts 40lbs quality muscle in a month...Nothing!
oh yeah Essential aminos best single supplement....Wrong!

I went to the Tampa Pro show about seven years ago. Bob Chick was very aloof and didn't talk to any of the fans before or after the show. Milos was surrounded by about ten guys after the show talking and giving advice. Most of the guys he was talking to were trying to get into bodybuilding and it meant a lot to them. For me it really showed who was fake and who was legit.
