Trained there many times . . . The pic with Serge squatting with huge weights in dress shoes was taken there with fake weights ( the super wide grip bench with big poundage's too.)

Are you saying that the superwide grip bench with big poundages was fake as well? Or was that pic taken there? Or both.

Yes, they were fake . . . Serge trained with light weights and had a delicate bone structure. All BB stars of the day were photographed there in Montreal.

I started out at Diamond Gym in the West Island in 86, went to Caruso's once around then before it closed, honestly don't remember it much but it was like known as one of the more "hardcore".trained a few times at the one he owned later on by the Blue Bonnets racetrack(Originally called Weider"s Gym/Gymnase Weider), something like that. They made me go sit in his office with him after my second visit so he could try to sell me a membership. I rememeber that gym more because the first time I worked out there it was in the afternoon and it was only a couple of people working out including the Million Dollar man Ted Dibiase lol
