This photo is not shopped. It is from the Pittsburgh contest last Saturday where McCarver and Sergio Oliva Jr(left) guest posed, along with Heath, Big Ramy, Roelly, and Dexter. I was there in the audience.
Although not shopped, there however is a distortion in that they did not jump that high in the air as it appears. The camera lens here was very low looking up.
Btw, the MC at the contest announced that Dallas weighed in that day at 320.

It was Manion's show. Phil Heath, Dexter Jackson, Big Ramy, Dallas McCarver, Roelly Winnkler, and Sergio Oliva Jr all guest posed, and all together. Kai Green was originally supposed to be there too, but was not. As for them posing for free, I have no idea. I would guess though that if I were an ambitious pro bodybuilder the last person I would ever say 'no' to is Manion.
