Title: hurt shoulder, still bulk?

hey everyone, i hurt my shoulder a week ago, and cant work out for probably another week.. should i still bulk.. or will this just make me fat haha.

If your not working out I would tone the diet down accordingly......

I agree.

If you can't train upper body then I would hit legs twice a week & add some cardio. Make sure you give your shoulder enough time to heal. They can be a real bitch. I had shoulder problems off & on for years (mainly because I wouldn't let it heal all the way).

You should definitely NOT be following a bulking diet if you're not able to provide your body the stimulus it needs to absorb all those calories and grow (muscle that is!).  Yes, you'll get fat quick.
