Trump is one of those people who doesn't see himself as fat or old. A lot of people just like him. You see other people as fat and old but not yourself.

Before my op my surgeon told me I wouldn't find him in a gym wasting his number of heartbeats.
I wasn't sure why an educated man wouldn't see the benefit of increasing his heart rate for an hour a week to decrease it for the other 167 hours.
