Probably not GH, but definitely anabolics and perhaps diuretics. The male "superhero" movie actor transformations can be quite dramatic.

People in general are just coveting the "gargantuan"-title too much these days.

Sure, getting called Gargantuan on Getbig beats getting an Oscar, but so does many things.
