Not only did he have impressive upper legs, his calves were pretty good as well. i remember buying my first bodybuilding magazine ever, it was a Muscle and Fitness and it featured Paul DeMayo's calf training. I don't remember the routine anymore, but I was amazed by his calfs, I had never seen anything like it. I don't think I've ever been so impressed with anyone's bodypart as much as I was impressed back then with Paul's calfs. Of course I saw Matarazzo's and Yates' calfs later, but by then I was already more accustomed to bodybuilding physiques so that "DeMayo shock" has never been equalled.
