Dude is an asshole, and because United fucked up a few weeks ago by dragging that dude off the plane, they couldn't act accordingly this time. He should've had his ass DJ Jazzy Jeff'd right out of the cabin door.

Not a lot of evidence or additional context provided but if he indeed was blocking the aisle and refusing to let other people take their seats (as was alleged) then he deserved to be removed.

I'd like to hear a little more about what happened and why.  Good chance he was going after that Dr Dao cash.
