Title: Creating the perfect body in time for Summer! (Routine needed)
Post by: BIceps4eva on May 25, 2017, 12:45:42 PM
As Memorial Day weekend looms large I realize I am not anywhere near "Beach Ready". I thought I would really have nailed my conditioning by now BUT....I am 5'7", 220 lbs, 48" chest, 38" waist, 18.5" arms, zero visibility abs, 23% bodyfat. And to boot I am on Lipitor 10mg,  Losartan 25mg, and I am being sent to a sleep study next week to get hooked up with a CPAP machine. So the million dollar question: How can I be "Beach Ready" by June 20 first day of Summer? Please give me the diet, the cardio routine, the weight training routine. Thanks!

Assuming you're talking June 20, 2018, this is feasible.

23% bodyfat...I don't know if you can be beach ready by next month but if you add a couple of percent bodyfat you can definitely be beached whale ready.

Simple: 12 reps for cuts (8 reps are for mass so save that for the dreamer bulk) and eat whatever you want, just count calories.

Upright rows, no more than 15 almonds daily, 6 grams of gear per week.

That should do it.

what is beach ready? 10% bodyfat? You would need to lose 32 lbs in less than 4 weeks. Hope it's mostly water.

What about 15%? How many lbs would I have to lose to get there? I could always hop on a quick cycle of creatine and go heavy on pecs/delts/arms and walk around in a tank top at 15% with big chest 'n arms.

Stop lifting. Walk, bicycle or do the treadmill an hour a day at a moderate pulse. Cut your calorie s to 2000 a day. Youll lose 2-3 pounds a week.

~21 lbs. Creatine causes water bloat for most people, so it's usually a bad idea.

A cycle of creatine?   Bro, you need a cycle of DNP to melt the Chubb of your body.

If you're intending to exercise vigorously, may I suggest a training bra?  (Helps to prevent your moobs hitting you in the face... ;))

You consider 15% a beach body? I'd be embarrased to take my shirt off at the beach at 15%.
