Honestly, how big would some of these waists be? I call BS on any pro who claims 34" or less. Freeman claimed 34" and while he had a small waist on his frame, 34", really?? Phil Heath claims 34" - total bullshit. What would Jay's have been at his best? 40"? Kai's would have to be 40+++ and these current turtle shell guts are fucking huge - ain't no way they're 34"s or under...
