Title: 5 Hour Energy-Does It Really Work? The People Using It Say So!
Post by: Fallsview on May 31, 2017, 06:22:09 PM
I run across a few people each day that use this and swear buy it. I'm just trying to figure out what exactly is giving them the energy from a small vitamin drink? It's not like they are deficient in any vitamins, since they eat very clean and really have outstanding bodies.

Is it a placebo effect?

Buy the Stacker shots from Walmart or the Dollar store. They have better formula than the original 5-Hour.Or get Costco's energy shots brand/Kirkland/.I used these for years and been completely satisfied with the result. And the price is three times cheaper than 5-Hour.

It is massively dosed with caffeine. It will keep you up forever. I used it while driving across country. The B vitamins are just a marketing ploy.

Yup, they work the same as coffee, wake for a few hours, not close to 5, then a crash.

Caffeine is a shitty drug that mostly powers the workforce to engage themselves at 1XX% performance to make some other c unt rich.

.. which is why I generally only use caffeine at night, when it's MY time.
