do you look younger or older than your age?
how old do you feel?
do you feel like an old man? or a young gun?
is it getting harder and harder to get up in the morning? cant you keep up with the guys at the gym?
do you have any hair left? and is it all gray? hear coming out of your nose and your ears?
do you wish you wouldnt had stayed in the sun as much?
or are you just getting better with age, like fine wine!

Look 40-50-ish (the age i am)
Feel around 60-70 each morning.
Have hair left (losing a lil on top and the hairline has seen better days) but a lot is grey/white.
Definitely NOT better with age in my case!
Wes has a much better story to tell though!

no, one reason i have a personal trainer is accountability - i get up m-f at 530am - yes i keep up at the gym. i mentally train like i am getting ready for a wrestling match more than "exercise"

full head of hair - i am super anal about my hair - no greys, i use lemon juice to give it a natural dirty blond look/brown look

yes.... i live in AZ and i wear sunscreen and avoid the sun now, spray tan only, - i have sun spots for sure -

aging like fine wine - i look at what dudes to follow for good healthy advice, i avoid the bad shit. plus aging well is the cheapest form of insurance. i drink tons of water, eat a clean veggie diet (protein too) hot yoga, have an awesome sex life, good sleep, little stress in my life. i do common sense logical things for health. getting healthy didnt come over night to me.... took a long ass time to sort shit out
plus i get blood work, see a doctor,
i am so glad i saw chiropractor - my posture sucks and 99% of the population does... have someone examine it . i thought mine was good ???
as a man... if you play your cards right your 40s and 50s can be legit

im 60, look like my old father. the looks left 15 years ago. no hair, shave my head. but I feel 40, on TRT, a lifesaver. still laughing with the young kids, busting balls, telling stories. got buzzed up at a small pool party last Saturday, I was the life of the party
from what I was told. feel young, think young, just the looks make me feel like a old timer.
retired, cook everyday, gym twice a day most of the week. still strong like a ox. 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8)

Mid thirties, not really sure how "old" I feel, as I only know what I've experienced. I do feel run down. Children have done it to me. Aches and pains. I still look pretty good. Decently jacked in clothes, and full head of hair although the sides are starting to turn grey. Woody ain't like it used to be at 18, but works when it needs to, except jacking off which is weird.

Fellas, that is what Oxycontin is for. Matt C introduced me to this board, and we are both 35. He is competing in the second round of the regionals of the CAASA strongman circuit tomorrow. If he wins, the next step will be provincials. He won the first round. He feels good - I feel good too, but do not compete. I think competing is a surefire way to grow old beyond your years if you push it. Best to keep it at the lighter level. Matt C competes in the lightweight (<170-lb) class.

Look a lot older than actual age, in 33 but hair and beard are about 90% grey now, even have some grey chest hair now. People always guess at me being at least ten years older.
Feel generally ok, apart from general fatigue from training and the odd heavy shift from work don't really feel any different from early 20s or so

I don't know how old I look but I have been told I look younger, I hope it's true. I think it all depends on lighting lol. Bodywise I definitely don't look like a typical 44 y/o. As far as how I feel? I definitely have more aches and pains than I used to, especially in the joints. I have noticed my joints feel better when on a ketogenic diet and eating lots of healthy fats, but this also usually coincides with me being on cycle so I can't say for sure it's purely the diet that does it. Mentally I don't feel any different than I did when I was 20. My grandfather is turning 98 this month and he says he still feels 18 in his mind lol.

I`ll be 62 this coming Wednesday (June 7th.)...........I look around 48-50 or so IMO, and feel like I`m 30, other than for a bum shoulder.
EDIT: Mornings suck though,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,feel around 90 or so until I`ve had my coffee. :'(

I'll be 55 in a couple of months, but most people think I'm about 38 to 40.
Have some aches, and my rotators are shot, but not torn. I have most of my hair and it's mostly still dark.
I try to take care of myself, train consistently and have a positive attitude. Good genetics for youth, if not for bodybuilding so much. Fuck getting old. Life's too short!
