Insanely stupid.

Agreed! Someone is going to trip on those chains and paraphernalia left on the floor. Someone is losing their membership.

Yes! Plus what if a senior citizen wants to use one of those plates and he is hogging them all.

Mmmm, it's not a commercial gym. It's the Steelers weightroom. Nice try tho.

What's the benefit of this, looks like a waste of time

Let's balance it out with some old school commonsense training:

Is this excercise to build extra power for fucking upwards?

Is this excercise to build extra power for fucking upwards?
Or to tighten the ass hole for a better prostate exam experience?

hip replacement waiting to happen

Dumb fucking idiot...(Not Coach, the Coco)....

Everyone and his brother is now doing this exercise.
These trends are hilarious.

hip replacement waiting to happen
Seriously doubt he goes that heavy all the time. These are hip savers not going to replace anything

I like how these exercises are always named the Bulgarian hip raise or the Turkish glute thrusters.
Whenever I'm in the gym and I see someone trying to reinvent the wheel I look at the recent Men's Health and I find it. Seems every celeb personal trainer wants to invent their signature exercise. Then again I'm doing Goblet squats in the gym now so I'm no better.

i like how ignorant faggets see this as any different than a barbell curl ffs
an exercise is an exercise
god didnt write in stone that this was a forbidden exercise
the combined iq here is worse than nigeria
-
That is one guy would never want to mess with. The guy has been playing in the NFL for a long time now so he has to be doing something right.

He's 39 and still plays at a high level. Trains at 3:30am on early days 4:30am on his late days. Spends over $500k a year just on recovery.

Maybe if he didn`t do stupid stuff in the gym it would save him 500,000 a year.
Not too bright at all all. I have to ponder that if not for the NFL, I doubt he could even run a Watermelon stand in Detroit even.

This post proves you're not too bright.

If I was doing a workout that I required 500,000 dollars to recover from, I think I would re-examine the workout.

Who said it was "required"? I guarantee it's the training that's giving him longevity in the league.

I think its probably because he is good at whatever he does even though he wastes 500,000 a year combating the shitty workouts.

What makes you think he has shitty workouts (training)?

Think about this little guy, his contract is like $500-$600k guaranteed a year. Why would he spend that?

"Little guy" haha. I'll be 55 and at 225 I'm at 15.6% as of last week (yes, I can prove it) but I digress. Harrison is in his 15th season, he just signed $3.5mil contract at 39. $500k is disposable income to him. C'mon sunshine, I thought you were some finance guy that drove around in rented Ferrari's.
Btw, I can affirm that he's much closer to 5'10-11 than 6'2.

$500k is "disposable income" to a guy who signed a contract that ensures him $500k (before taxes).
You need to realize just because someone says the moon is purple doesn't make it purple.

From his Instagram it's impressive to see the work he puts in to keep himself healthy. The fact he's still the force he is at 39 says it all. Good to see a sportsman wisely investing some of his $$ in his own health.

im sure that number is exaggerated, lm sure a large part is covered by the steelers\insurance and it's a work expense

This would be a great exercise for 'Howard' to perform with as much weight as possible, but hands free and his back on the floor instead of a bench
