His upper pec looks ingured too.

Sweatpants of peace hiding the thin legs ala Levrone
-
He's going to get destroyed come Olympia time competing in classic division, no chance
Unless he pulls another ninja attack story, this time 20 years later
-
Flexs legs were always decent esp on the side shots. Unlike kev he wasnt a complete shadow of his Former self at his last show. Look up 03 ironman .
-
the battle is on
flex vs levrone!!

It's going to be a pretty stacked line up this year.
The first guy Breon won the NYP.

Looks like he is straining to take a shit.
-
Hard to believe those arms have no SEO. They are completely disproportionate from the forearm, and the rest of the other muscle groups, specially those where you cannot stuff with oil.
-

He ain't taking Breon. And I will say it, if Breon and Timms were competing in the pros in the 90s, Flex would have a hard time beating them.
As far as Flex is concerned, some direct forearm work is seriously needed. Consult Phil Heath.

Could not agree more Breon has some crazy genetics and tiny waist.

Looks similar to Sid Lindsey.

''I need to get more tattoos, my muscles will deflate with age and i need to keep others looking at me and giving me attention i deserve like they did when i was big and ripped'', insecurity of peace

U talking if the 90's had a classic division?
Breon is a good bber for sure but he's short and small, he ain't beating flex in the 90's, very few beat flex in the 90's
Funny Cormier trains him I think
Breon and Arash are part of stan mcquays crew
-
he looks good now considering his once greatness, sickness, decline.

Oh, I thought Breon was taller. I was going by his physique, and if he were to put on weight and compete back in the day.
-
his arms are much bigger than his delts, very unusual these days
-
Looks like he will have a decent comeback after all .........
Unlike Instagram Levro~NEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
WoooSHHHHHHHHHHHH
-
With Stan Mcquay, Danny Hester, Darreem Charles in the mix
fuck that kunt midget Hester...he was gifted the win last year should have been out of top 4....won't happen again this year...his joy ride is over!!!
-
Nice to see KEN-dney Wheeler looking good these days
-
He looks great!!
-
He obviously looks much improved, but a FAR cry from his prime, or even his post-prime. He'd do well to not step on stage.
His body looks seriously unproportioned and there is erosion and ugly shape all over that physique.
-
We will see when olympia comes, i dont have high expetations, but damn, to look like this at his age and after all the shit he went though with his health, very impressive...
-
Puma underwear of peace.
-
The shape is still there. Round muscle bellies. I think he can place in the top 5 O. Between his name and his genetics I think he will be right there.
-
He is on the OIL-sauce!

is this the difference that insulin makes?
Look at the difference in separation and hardness
-
Exactly this. I guarantee once he opens up that physique, lifts his arms up he'll look completely out of whack, no forearms or delts, out of proportion oil bi's, not a good look.

That glazed donut look for sure. Breon def brings old school conditioning.
-
Rich Jones should come back and do the Classic Division.
Rj has been talking about a comeback to the classic bbing division for a while now, if he's going to make a
comeback might as well be now, he ain't getting any younger
Tito Raymond talked about one as well
Both are in great shape still, Tito is still a beast, prob 6 percent bf year round and still repping 500 pound deadlifts in his late 40's
-

He can't do shit about those forearms, his brachioradialis tendon is stretched to the limit. Worse than Branch. They're literally deformed.
-
He's forgotten about his forearms.
His forearms forgot about him. He can't do anything to fix that shit. His forearms are fucked.
-
Just on time.send him over my car is due for oil change, can hook his arm right to oil fill
-
Hi dareem Charles
Hahaha
no I'm not Darrem...I think he looked better than Hester but not the best guy on stage last year.
-
Breon looks great. I can see classic physique taking bodybuilding back to where it should be heading. They need to go back to the posing trunks of the late 70's early 80's.
-

You only get one with a transplant and he was given one by a church member.

What does Flex have to prove? Really, something must be missing in his life. If he really wanted to stay within the "sport" he should just have his brand endorse Breon and others or the Classic Bodybuilding Class as a whole.

What do you think is missing?
-
What do you think is missing?
Aside from his forearms? Purpose and attention. Trying to chase former glory. At the root of it probably is that Flex and Kevin never won the Mr. O, yet lesser ones have---Jay, Phil.
These guys were great, that was the past. Let it be, and enjoy life. Give praise and the spotlight to the young ones now. You don't see Lee Haney or Dorian Yates trying to prove something or seeking attention by doing shows. They have nothing to prove.

Well, I guess he only had one...
I don't understand why anyone assumes he's trying to prove anything, at least not in the sense that most may think. He's dieting and lifting which doesn't have to be detrimental to his health. He does mention that muscle break down can be hard on the kidneys and he get's blood work I think twice a year. Now my guess is that he is not doing anywhere near what he did in the past. TRT I would assume and maybe an anabolic. 99% of people have no clue about hormones and what it takes to get to a certain degree of size and more importantly what it takes to maintain a level of size once you have been at the level of Flex. I guarantee you that on 600 mgs a week Flex will be way more massive than a guy who has never been higher than 600 mgs per week in his lifetime. He's competing in the Classic division and he knows that he can NOT take the amount of drugs he once did and what Kevin is having to do to even get close to the size he once had.

Of course he's trying to prove something. And especially with his comments in recent years about how he thinks that he won the O. And I think he said said something of how Kevin inspired him.
Their days are over. Let the new breed have their time in the sunshine. He looks worse with the tats. Most importantly, Flex wants, desires, needs the spotlight. Flex competing in the Classic Division is spitting on his own legacy. He could be sitting at 170 now, and I dunno, taking up some martial arts, rock climbing, biking, jus being raw in something else. Either way, it's his life. He's just selfish with gifts that he is given.
-

Is not about proving a thing.
You can bet that Ronnie with 8 sandows under his belt. Is suffering like a little kid , watching Kevin and Flex in to their 50s training for contests and being the center of attention at all cost.
Pro Bodybuilding is an illness.

Proving that he still has it, and the want for attention.
Can't deal that time has moved on, and that all they have is their bodybuilding glory. Ronnie too, all he has, all he loves, all is known for is bodybuilding. The ones who are grounded like Lee Haney, or had other interests, have moved on.
-
if they only had something else in their life.
like an account on getbig.
-
I have been there twice, I competed back in the 90s and now again 20 years later.
"Bodybuilding", or for me, being in shape, never really leaves you.
People want to look good because of their ego, you want the attention from others.
I enjoy the attention i get when at the beach or pool, Im pretty reserved at work, not many people even know what I do, they know i lift weights but thats it.
I have gained almost 28lbs in the last 5 weeks and no one at work has even mentioned it, I dress down.
My point is, which I have drifted from is that Flex and others like him crave attention, if it wasnt bodybuilding it would be something else...
-

Looks okay in those pics but that lighting can be very deceiving... the legs are going to make or break it, especially because of how his arms are going to overpower the rest. I'm not worried about his back.
-
The tattoos are hideous, what was he thinking? An Asian anime villian?
Or him and Dennis James decided to go to the same tattoo place
-

Well, he obviously wasn't..
-
110 degrees in Vegas and Flex is still hiding his underdeveloped legs in sweatpants. He must have learned that from Levrone.
-
In the future they'll just take this gif to their stem cell doctor and say restore me to this again.
-
It baffles me how anybody can say that he is "back" when they look at those pics
He looks funky. His shape is most definitely irrevocably ruined.
-
I'm with the 'bigger who says Flex making a "comeback" in a classic division is spitting on his own legacy.
In his prime (early '90s), Wheeler was truly awesome. A shithead, yes, but awesome. So now he's going to return to competition looking a shadow of his legend ... and in a watered-down division, to boot.
Levrone believed his own hype and made his big splash by placing dead last in the O. We can argue to what degree, but there is NO question doing so has forever tarnished the memory that his name evokes.
I've met/dealt with Flex. He's one perplexed and careening individual. Kevin is just a person without grounding and emotional stability.
Either way, these men are not living in the same reality as the clear-thinking masses.

Knew someone who was on life support. These vulcher pricks were more concerned about getting all his organs than saving his life. It's ok for them to make millions off of one person but can you imagine if you told them you wanted them to pay for the organs? You would be a greedy bastard. I'm OK with being a donor but under certain circumstances especially this one it makes me wonder.

Being indicted means one is in jail? I am not familiar with the american penal system.
No mugshot anywhere. Was he even arrested?
He has very recent updates in his instagram or twiter page. Looks off the sauce too.

Good point. I've also known bodybuilders who wouldn't train quads so their genitals would look bigger (in proportion).
It's become such a common practice that allegedly this is why men's physique was started.

Many stop training delts so their arms look bigger.
-
???
-
What causes that?
I actually don't know. But it seems most bodybuilders succumb to it eventually. Same with triceps. Micro tears over time would be my guess, although there's probably more to it than that.
Jay Cutler has the same thing going on, but not quite as bad.

What's odd, is that you can see older guys (50-late 60s) with big forearms. And that is just from doing mechanical work. Then again, these dudes are naturals, so developing strong tendons and ligaments over the years.

Carpal tunnel syndrome? Many popular steroids cause hypercalcemia, that might increase the condition.
-
Exactly also Arash. Different ball game.
I thought Arash was the easy winner last year. Hester had the ultra thin skin look
but is that Classic Bodybuilding? His lack of arm size really through off him
looking like the winner although I'm sure he's an awesome guy. He had to lose too much weight
also which I'm sure made it where he didn't look as good as he could have.
FLEX - Really looks amazing for 52. He could pass for 10 years younger &
looks better than 99% of 52 yr. olds.
Saying these good things - His skin was not competition tight even in 2002
even though his bodyfat was low.
At 52, his shape may be there but the skin will be worse & to get anywhere close
to being competitive he's going to put a hell of a tax on his kidneys to get dry enough.
He started getting in shape at 51 & ended up in the hospital for a month.
There's no need to do this with a 15 year old kidney but it's his life.
2002
