Maybe some time off was needed.
Re-evaluate your training / goals
Set yourself a realistic achievable target in Bodyweight / % bodyfat / lifting poundage
In 1 or all of them.

Go in gym train light do what you want get some blood flowing enjoy the feeling.

This. Especially that last sentence.

We all get burned out. Sometimes it's best to just pace yourself. And if you still find yourself getting burned out, take a step back and reevaluate.

Get some equipment for your home, even if it's just some adjustable dumbbells, just do something you lazy fuck!

That's stupid advise. Most need more motivation to train at home, esp with amateur equipment.

The question of motivation is an interesting one. Where does it come from? But if one asks this question
regarding a particular activity or goal one has then the desire is there at some level. Powerlifter/trainer
Jim Wendler wrote something that resonated with me. He says to focus on discipline over motivation.
Motivation comes and goes but if you are disciplined you'll be happy later when the results manifest.

Here:  Do things when you aren't ready to do them.

Example.  In the morning, I used to try to get myself 'ready' to get out of bed.  Get all my little internal planets aligned.  Guess what, it never happens.  You'd think the solution would be to recognize that not being perfectly mentally prepared isn't a requirement to getting out of bed.  Like being 1/2 ready is good enough or something, but I found it more effective to recognize the unreadiness.  I do a quick stock take and confirm that I'm definitely not ready to get up and then I get out of bed.  Anyone can get up when they want to but it takes a special kind of crazy to know that there's just no way you can do it and then do it.

Don't want to go to the gym?  Just can't find the motivation?  Good.  Perfect conditions.

Would you please go find yourself another dick to suck.  Preferably a black one.  Come back on and brag
about it so they can ban your gimmick ass once and for all.  Isn't MD wetting your whistle enough?
Christ, you are a fat faggut!
