Arm size to body weight mathematician 'the luke'
CSUBJECT2/CAVERAGE2 x WAVERAGE =WSUBJECT
Where:
CSUBJECT ...is the arm circumference of the subject
CAVERAGE ...is the arm circumference of the average guy
WSUBJECT ...is the weight of the subject
WAVERAGE ...is the weight of the average guy
...it doesn't matter what units you use (as long as they are consistent)
I use 15'' as the arm circumference of the average guy, and 150 lbs as the weight of the average guy.
So... a 20'' arm means:
(20'')2/(15'')2 x 150 lbs = 400''/225'' x150 lbs = 1.7778 x 150 lbs = 266 lbs ...you need to be 266 lbs to have a 20'' arm.

I think The Luke was the aussie Ekul Radical Plato. Dead by suicide about a year ago so it's unlikely he'll be trolled into responding.
