Brains are masculinized by brief surges of testosterone during early stages of development (fetus and newborn). Sometimes this doesn't happen to males and they end up with female brains.

Either this kid has a feminized brain, or the parents conditioned their kid starting at a young age to be like this. This kids parents have the nose rings and the tattoos, they seem "queer"  and encourage their kids behavior.
