im humalog user and inject 10iu per injection. Just want to know how much food do you take after injection. for sharing purpose!

im not trying to preach to you or anything but please research insulin use and research it again and again. its dangerous done incorrectly. if you have to ask then you havent researched it enough. and other things can influence insulin amounts to . what type of food. how soon after the shot. how was it cooked. did you just train. using gh? things like that be cautious . dont just go with what one or 2 guys say. half the people on here dont even work out and would give you wrong advice as a joke. not trying to scare you or anyone else but i dont want you to become another statistic.

More than half the people here are full of shit lol don't take insulin n advise from anybody online with out extensive knowledge and good understanding of how it works and how to avoid problems and get results instead of wasting time and money or risking health. My advise is go to a gym where there are people who are bigger than you make friends with people who do that this shit.

Milos has some great stuff on slin. Also, you don't need 10 units, imo.

agreed. most people just get fat if they use insulin without gh. everyone is different. thats why i said most people. however its great to use to get into ketosis in one day!!
