I use to have huge veiny muscles. Than I stopped working out. Than I got into something where I had to train for running for 7 months.
What is the quickest way to pop back to veiny muscles?
Im too pussy to juice unfortunately

I used the wrong word Coach and you're the one I want advice from. I mean how do I gain my muscles back quick? I had a lot and I was completely natural. What kind of training should I do??

Lot's of salt in the diet. Blood pressure will rise, giving you that veiny look.

You need to halve your self-abuse. It'll also help your eyesight.
And who doesn't want to gain an inch or two in height?

To get what you used to have, do what you used to do, duh :D

for walking around all day veiny look need lower body fat levels.
for veiny look in the gym after the gym add some high rep training and pump pre-workout.
for training, keep it simple, try my routine and see what it does to you:
lat pulldown or pull ups. alternate every other time with some type of row.
incline chest or incline chest with dumbbells.
lateral raises.
leg press or squat.
leg curl.
5x5. might wanna go higher on shoulders to not risk injury, i do 3x10.

Keep calories lower so bodyfat goes down, then veins are visible.
Another benefit is a leaner face.
