Title: Fenugreek?

Says it can be used for muscle building and improved athletic performance yet it also helps women who are nursing produce milk.  WTF I've never heard of it until today, anybody got any knowledge of it?

Supplementing fenugreek may cause body secretions, including urine, to smell like maple syrup. This is due to a metabolite called sotolon
