wish that I wouldn't have listened to Jones and mentzer for so llong bout protein intake, even Dr. Blakely wasn't concerned bout it too much
but now that I've put my focus on it the results are coming on like gang busters
every time i hit th gym i have gone up in weight and or reps
just finished preacher Curl and added another rep

I broke my damn foot pushing a weighted sled back in January but didn't treat it til March when I took a break from boxing
still like tthe sport but my damn foot still gives me problems so I'm still on break, alls I do now is work the heavy bag once or twice week
