Title: are you preparing for the apocalypse?

we're living in the end times.

are you ready? do you have your BUG OUT BAG by the door? food supply? water? are you changing things around in the gym for a more functional physique?
pre workouts and protein will come handy when the shit hits the fan im telling you!

better get your guns, knives, tomahawks, slingshots and ninja stars ready and sharpen.

if you fail to plan you plan to fail!

could be zombies coming, could be faggits or blacks... some virus maybe, or russians. possibly north korea. or an alien invasion. maybe feminists.
