Title: i do not allow myself any beer unles i get a workout in that day

this has helped my this week , i havent even botherd with rewarding my self with drinking yet. i may drink tonite my workout this morning was barbell squat wide stance 90 pounds yes just 90 for 58 reps rest paused then knuckle pushups 16 full reps then lower back hamstring lifts i dont count the reps just for back health...i weigh 320


never do narrow stance squatiing puts too much stress on knees


save ur knees n quads for fuckin ur girl doggystyle

use ur hams n glutes for squatting wide stance high reps great cardio effect

Marty, that's actually solid advice, for us non millionare chilled out getbiggers, who require alcohol to function after a siff work day, but find that (in my case) it's just work and beer and no excercise. Nice.
