sf when you seen this did it bring a tear to your eye, and do you think benching 500 for two reps will help kevin improve his placing from 16 to 15 in his next show

OSF, thanks for the question. Mr. Levrone's video did not bring a tear to my eye. However, I think if Kevin can go from 500 to 550, he may have a chance of cracking the top 10. An extra 50 pounds to his bench press is likely to increase chest, tricep, and should development, thus leading to a more improved placing.

If he continue doing the things he is doing I think he could make 6 reps on that weight in a moth or two...he has potential to be the strongest bodybuilder out there...no kidding! He could probably squat 6 plates soon to...
-
Is he a power lifter or bodybuilder?

He has an amazing respons to gear, even at his age

sha boom!
2 solid reps

Is he a power lifter or bodybuilder?
He is quite obviously a bodybuilder who enjoys training powerlifting style.
I can dig it. Lifting heavy is fun.
Who thinks going to a gym to train "safe" is fun? Nobody.
I understand why people do it, but let's be clear, no "bodybuilding workout" is fun - it's a fucking chore. A means to an end and truth be told, I'd guess bodybuilding workouts are "harder" in the sense that there is more pain involved. At least, I rarely feel much pain because I rarely go over 6 reps on anything.
Powerlifters can actually enjoy their workout because they are sportsmen at the gym. Bodybuilders are there to do their muscle chores.

Throughout his career u never see him deadlift ever
At least Ronnie was strong on all 3 lifts

I think they fear the waist widening of the deadlift.

He's taking too much risk being 50+ with a torn pec, impressive strength tho

Easily.

Legs and Back and Conditioning win shows
Unfortunately for Levrone, there are many competitors that are far ahead of him in those areas

Arms and delts and 90s nostalgia wins schmoes.

Yup. Levrone is catering to the male groupies.

I guess the judges will simply ignore his poor legs and subpar back. His chest, shouders and tris have always been his best body parts.
This super heavy stuff will only lead to another injury.

Yes, they will ignore his legs (especially his calves) and subpar back and give him top 3 for chest, shoulders and tris.

Just stating a fact: Levrone tore his pec in 1993 and apparently, he injured his pec again in early 2016
-
Please be kind and impressed that he's lifting that heavy.
He's reading the board. So haters can save their comments.

hahahah
deadlifts!!
the biggest pussy exercise of them all

The 50 extra pounds on his bench will clearly put him on the road to victory.
::)
You should think before you type.

Yup. I've said plenty of times before that Levrone will never crack the top 10 and he's only competing to push his supplement line. Small chance of him cracking top 10 at 50+. But I guess he has to make a living somehow.
Plus, who actually believes that judges will totally ignore a whole bodypart (legs).
-
500lb forced reps under Earl's tutelage - great growth hormone releaser.
After Kevin is done winning the "O" he may team up with Twinings to push the ultimate supplement.[1]
[1] note the suggestive code word "Grey" as in it's only Grey if you want it to be

Notice how his chest is more dominant than the shoulders without gear. When he is on those shoulders just outgrow his chest. That's strange...a lot of jacked people grow bigs shoulders and traps...why?!??
-
Because he trains chest wrong? He tries to be a power lifter yet we know there aren't many powerlifters with elite chests
-

Well, they never had elite chests.
Kevin has
To me, it's just that he has a weaker chest and that his other stuff has grown comparatively better.
A lot of people here say you can't get your legs back -well, perhaps Kevin just can't get his chest back

I've heard something about there being more androgen receptors in your shoulders, that's why juicers get that particular look to their delts.

He's so insecure about comments he put his instagram on private
Haha very fragile ego and insecurity

Powerlifting and bbing has their purposes, why would Phil or dexter, and many others lift heavy if they achieve the same results, dexter has won pretty much every contests, has the most winning track record and Phil is on pace to possibly surpass the record of O wins

Impressive raw bench. No exaggerated arch either.
