I usually go for a brisk power walk on Mondays with ankle weights because the gym is so packed. Is it the same where you are? If so, does this dictate what you work?

i was planning to go to the gym, kick off my new 6 days a week routine
but again i failed myself so here i am in front of getbig instead talking about training rather than training.
in short - same old same old.

i don't do Mondays, TUE-FRI (5:30 AM) only...

I train Mondays, I just do.somthing other than chest/arms...

I do all my mental reps on Monday, as it stands I'm on the verge of setting several WORLD RECORDS! I just finished 4 sets of 6 reps of 800 lbs on the incline!
If you can't visualize the exercise youre working towards failure!
