DAMN. 53 years old and benching 520 pounds. Hate all you want on the guy, but that shit is impressive (great form, full range of motion and he probably could have squeezed out a 3rd rep if he really had to).
2nd video's him banging out 455 on the incline bench.
He's also weighing 253.6 pounds (3rd video)

is he competing again?
-
Yeah, he is going to have a great upper body
But that's just going to make it that much harder to balance it with the lower body
-
The incline is even more impressive considering how steep of an incline it is :o
-
Does he have any videos of leg day? ???
-
Is he strong on any other lifts or is bench kind of his specialty?

Even in his prime it was bench that was the strongest, always been a good presser cause of his triceps

I know Fortress will call bullshit, but Kevin *claims* he benched over 400 as a natty. I think he said 440?
I sincerely doubt that, but he did double or triple 405 during his "Levrone Report" transformation. Was he natty there? LOL. Just the same, he wasn't running a ton of shit like he usually does in his blasting phases -- not if size is to go by, anyway.

I doubt he ever benched over 400 naturally, only cause he's always either been "on" while training or off and completely out of the gym, he does lie a lot, age, cycles, height, etc... so there's that
Doesn't take away from how strong he was when on, 405 for 12-15 reps a wk and half out is impressive and very strong, majority of the pros can't do that

I have alwAys been a natural lifter. No drugs, no bench shirts. My personal best at 225 pounds bodyweight (I am 6'2). At age 30 was 445 for flat bench. So many people think it's not possible without drugs, I loved the reaction from people in the gym when they would see me do it. Today at near 50 years old I no longer bench due to the many years of stress it's placed on the shoulders.
