Gents, I'm ready. It's time for me to step up into the big league and start an actual workout thread. I've been slacking and need some motivation. What's the requirements for posting here? Blood in, blood out?

I want to get back into some more intense training again. Y board is where it's at for all-round fitness.

I was a top-ranking World's Strongest Man competitor until I was ostracised by the community for revealing its dark and sleazy underbelly (G4P). I've slimmed down considerably now but I still enjoy a daily hoisting session. I just need to find the time to get back into some Grape Ape/Soulcrusher-type cardio these days.

Im suggesting that you're the kind of guy that stowes away on a Ugandan navy ship and waits patiently until Leroy and Jamal take a shower, so you can join them and "accidentally" drop the soap.

Well, this is worrying. It seems as though you're suggesting that I'm the type of guy who then exits Leroy's shower, wraps the towel around my head and begins to whistle 'Girls Just Want To Have Fun'.
