most people who dont workout or know anything thinks all you do is take steroids and get big. thats really how the media plays it too. calling it cheating and taking the easy way etc. they dont explain that you still bust your ass in the gym to get big. period. it doesnt matter really how gifted you are you still have to train. my gf thought years ago that all you do is take a pill or a shot and bam your big.. she is like why do you workout if you take steroids? i busted out laughing . i thought she was joking. then i started asking others and they pretty much thought the same thing. unbeleievable.

I have no problem increasing myndoses, but when it comes to eating, if I'm hungry, I'd rather spend a dollar on a vanilla shake than a cheeseburger. And I'd rather eat ice cream for breakfast than cook eggs and drink a protein shake. If in have nothing planned.. No appearance, no commercial, no photoshoot, whatever and I'm just training to keep size, of rather eat waffles and pizza and hot pockets and mac n cheese and donuts and bagels... Than eat chicken and rice and chicken and chicken and fish andnbeef andnxhixken.. Etc... My protein intake isnwayyy low

Real steroids work amazing. Have seen many zeros to heros in nothing flat. The problem today with steroids being a felony is that a lot of the stuff is just counterfeit. It's big business making phony containers and inserts. A lot of the vials are just testosterone. Seen many a guy put on a crazy amount of muscle in 6 weeks back in the day using standard "real" stuff such as deca, dianabol, Anadrol 50, Equipose, Winstrol V, and the rest. All of this stuff came from real pharmaceutical companies.

Many skinny guys I've seen with ecto body (myself included) just flat out lean with fast metabolism responded great with gear
Many bbers and top pros started out lean/skinny, not many of them fat like Evan centopanties

I'm my city oil field work is king. So long hours and some times not the best diets.. I know pleeeeenty of guys who just take normal cycles w/o maybe 2,3x a week and have great physiques.. I know for sure steroids make that possible, without it they'd be regular built schmoes

I was training at home at the time and only did pushup for . chest
in the before photos I was competing in bench comps and training chest much harder

Appearances for company I worked for arms posting goods stores, shopping mall, nutrition stores, grand openings of a few places when the radio and tv people come, even a couple clothing stores like Macys, doing demos of boot-camp workouts , etc.. Promotional shit where I'm gonna be meeting hundreds of people, be on tv (& radio),& have my picture taken by press for local newspapers and publications. What else would an appearance be except for promotion? Photoshoots for promotion campaigns as well. Ads for the business(s). Where do younthink the idea for that billboard photo shop came from? Came from me mentioning I was on a couple billboards. One along the 10 freeway. Also "appearance" on tv, once along with an ex/figure girl/training partner talking about nutrition and exercise while promoting.
But nobody uses their heads or common sense, instead they're like little girls and jump right to "oh Eric says he's doing AUTOGRAPH SIGNINGS WITH TOM CRUISE AND FABIO!!... With his FIANCE! Shannon Lee Bruce Lee's daughter!!!.... That's what he said!! I have proof!! In have proof!!!..... Just like little girls and you're not even embarrassed or ashamed of acting like that. It's like they don't recognize how immature and buffoonish it sounds when they take what I say and exaggerate it and twist it.. Its just pathetic and even more pathetic is people like that actually believe others believe them.... sometimes I forget this is getbig and the emotional maturity level of some of these people is about the level of a second grade kid because shit like that in the tolerated on other boards and nobody I deal with in the real world actually behaves like that... except maybe the guys we hire to twirl those signs on the side of the road. in the beginning the great JCG said this back when dr john ziegler brought steroids to america... taking roids and not training gives you nothing, roids and training= increased gains.

How do you manage to do the appearances without mentioning how you were running USA 's toughest prison or addicted to every drug known to man? You can't go two posts on here without referencing either, I wouldn't think such a tough guy with a history that is so full of criminality would be a good reprentative for say, Macy's. Do they do no background checks as to if their representatives personal life could negatively effect their business? 'Hi I'm Eric and I'm representing Macy's today and it takes me back to my time inside where I went after threatening an old Korean store owner, but but, when I was in prison I daily battled dinosaurs and the undead while running a book where everyone from Mike tyson to Fabio paid their dues to me.
Coming into Macy's today reminds me of an addiction I once had, it was to bullshit and benzos. I spend three quarters of a million Dollars in six months on drugs, and am actually an honorary doctor due to the amount of medication I've taken in my life.

Appearances for company I worked for arms posting goods stores, shopping mall, nutrition stores, grand openings of a few places when the radio and tv people come, even a couple clothing stores like Macys, doing demos of boot-camp workouts , etc.. Promotional shit where I'm gonna be meeting hundreds of people, be on tv (& radio),& have my picture taken by press for local newspapers and publications. What else would an appearance be except for promotion? Photoshoots for promotion campaigns as well. Ads for the business(s). Where do younthink the idea for that billboard photo shop came from? Came from me mentioning I was on a couple billboards. One along the 10 freeway. Also "appearance" on tv, once along with an ex/figure girl/training partner talking about nutrition and exercise while promoting.
But nobody uses their heads or common sense, instead they're like little girls and jump right to "oh Eric says he's doing AUTOGRAPH SIGNINGS WITH TOM CRUISE AND FABIO!!... With his FIANCE! Shannon Lee Bruce Lee's daughter!!!.... That's what he said!! I have proof!! In have proof!!!..... Just like little girls and you're not even embarrassed or ashamed of acting like that.
