Post by: Tha Grim Lifter on July 19, 2017, 03:53:20 AM: I've been doing water sports for 13 years now, outrigging and Surf Skiing and going through the water is amazing for fitness. Especially in high winds. Only problem with doing it when holding muscle is it takes a lot out of you and overtraining leads you to hold more fluid as stress so need breaks now and then to have a rest.

I watched that fight live. I seem to remember Diaz getting knocked down to the canvas 4 or 5 times. That's not winning. Not in any type of combat: boxing, kickboxing, ect..

4 years is a long time. holloway was 21 at the time.
holloway came a long way since then 11 wins in a row, three latest being aldo, pettis and lamas.
and conor couldnt finish him. thats the only fighter he couldnt finish except diaz.
